Now here’s an idea. AOL & Weblogs - I’m amazed at how a weblog ecosystem has already developed amongst my circle of friends and colleagues. Unleashing that sort of technology on such a large company would be an interesting experiment in true ’synergy’. Here’s hoping. Our company is probably going to give it a go (maybe a moveabletype server in the office). At first we want to use it to collect ideas, suggestions, interesting technical links. I think the longer term prospects for collecting employee knowledge and lost ideas could be very interesting.
